Review on TweetPup by Richard Jarvis

I like that it can be used as an assistant for my clients who are using twitter more than me! It's very easy to use when compared to other similar platforms out there which makes the learning curve less steep. If they could somehow have another way of displaying results (such as in tabs) or maybe even just showing what people said about us without having to click through each individual tweet/comment? That would help tremendously if this were something someone wanted to do themselves instead. We've been able to utilize their services at a lower cost and gain valuable insight into our target market - especially since some social media posts go unnoticed by those looking at others' accounts.
