Cheaply made but not bad for the price.
I knew what I was climbing because I read the reviews. Baskets are made of thin, lightweight wire. The chain is good enough to hold baskets and other not-so-heavy stuff. One side of my bottom basket is a little crooked because the wires aren't woven correctly because that's where they connect so each one is kind of twisted to the other etc. I bought mine to use in my baby's toy bathtub. This is ideal because the toy doesn't weigh at all and the basket just lets all the water through. I don't expect her to last forever and to be honest I'm lucky to live with her for a year or more. Buy knowing it won't be as good as a $30 hanging basket.
