I bought it as a summer alternative to the Sony WH-1000XM2, which I used all the time, but now in the heat both the ears under full-size headphones and the face under the mask are preying, so I chose the one that I had not tried yet from two evils. I compare. The form factor suits, they sat perfectly in the ears right with the pre-installed ear pads. As a headset - much more convenient. Your voice is not clogged with wind and ambient sounds, even with noise reduction turned on (WH has a problem). Management - there is not enough sensor on the right ear, stop, rewind, volume. But I got used to it pretty quickly. Sound - abstracting from the listening conditions, I would rate it at 90% if the sound of the WH-1000XM2 is taken as 100%. Pretty decent sound. But the insulation is worse, which is natural. In total, when listening in the subway with NC turned on, without AmbientSound, I will rate the sound at 80-85 compared to the full-size XM2. So far I am satisfied with the purchase, for listening to FLAC on the way to/from work, including in the subway, it is completely satisfied. Signal sources - Huawei P20pro and Sony NW-ZX100.
