We bought this as a backup so when did I get this opened, my return window was closed. I agree with others about the size of the rolls. They are smaller than the ones they compare in their ads. But my main problem is that they shed! It no longer irritated my skin! I have to use a washcloth to get rid of the tiny scraps of tissue he leaves behind. No pun. The toilet paper itself leaves almost powdery paper residue. This alone will make me NEVER buy this BRAND again. .Your quality control clearly didn't work.
