I bought this product and it worked for about 6 months and then stopped. Won't keep up and the customer service from Whynter was terrible. If the product fails after two months, the buyer is responsible for shipping. I no longer had the original packaging material, so the box cost $60 to make. Winter support staff sent parts but they didn't know what parts were used in my unit. So I had to check which part I needed based on the photo sent. I have decided to throw the device away. I've invested over $600 in product spoilage and equipment purchases. I will find another alternative and never consider a Whynter product. The experience was terrible, and Winter is a prime example of a company that doesn't care about the consumer, just about getting money from customers.
