Very durable and very adjustable!

Mainly used on 2018 Honda Pilot; However, it will fit most vehicles with a 2" or 1-1/4" hitch receiver. The stand is very solid (which also means it's quite heavy). Looks good. Many adjustments. The four wheel shells are individually adjustable so that they fit most bicycles. Rubber bands are included in each wheel pan to prevent the bikes from "rolling out". The trunk tilts outward with or without loaded bikes to allow the SUV tailgate to open.

My Third Swagman Bike Rack

This is a great way to transport bikes if you have a rear hitch. It's durable, easy to use, and keeps bikes straight during transport. This model's tilting feature is great for accessing the rear cargo area of your car. My first was damaged in a car accident. I still have the second one that I use a lot and the new one is for my newest car. The only real limit is the number of bikes you can transport. The two bike transport system works well for me. Highly recommended.

Some are good, some are bad.

I rode about 100 miles on this bike rack. I'm up in the air whether I like this stance or not. I can only mount one bike on the luggage rack. My spare tire is larger than usual, so that's part of the problem. Coupling adapter slightly loose. I will build my own adapter. This will fix the shaking. Not sure how I like the straps holding the tires. I had no problems. We will find out the durability of these rubber bands. The levers, which are attached to the frame, feel solid. I can not complain…

Excellent investment!

Very well made bike carrier! Less than 15 minutes to assemble and light enough for a man or woman to carry and install in a receiver. Very strong, especially as it comes with a threaded bolt and washer that eliminates extra wobble and rattle! I could discreetly pack my bike on this stand and travel all over Florida and do cardio in cities other than my own. The awning works perfectly, there is enough space in the trunk. Folds up and fits right in the trunk when you're done driving. I leave it…

Good quality inexpensive case

Seems to be very durable and good quality. Compared to other versions, this one has a drop and tire bands. I have already evaluated the tilt function and it works quite well and without any problems. The straps are also included with the XTC2 and are pretty basic. I would appreciate ratchet straps like my Yakima roof bike rack. If I were arguing between the XTC2 and the XC, which is $50 cheaper but doesn't have belts, I'd say just save your money since you're essentially paying $50 for $5…

I feel safe taking my bike with me

In the past I have used bike racks with straps to transport my bike and I was always worried that the bike might fall off. When I got a trailer I bought this XTC2 TILT Hitch bike rack for two bikes and what a relief. Now I feel a lot better when I ride my bike. The assembly was a bit difficult, the illustrations in the instructions weren't very good, but on the other hand, if everything is done correctly, it shows. The button pins also had to be lubricated to fit into the bushings that hold the

Good shelf with excellent customer service

This is a good shelf. Bikes fit well on it. The header feature is the main reason I bought it - it works well. It took me a while to figure out that the holes have to be aligned to get the pins in and that this means you sometimes have to readjust wheel brackets and ratchet hooks to get them lined up exactly, which can be a little tricky. pain, but then you will appreciate the accuracy of processing. The reason this isn't a 5 star rating is that although I've only had the rack for two months…

Good. Not good. fits Accessories

In general I am satisfied with this stand. I have 2 problems. Both hooks began to move with increasing difficulty. There is a small gray button that you have to press to move the hooks up and down to secure the bike. Initially, those gray buttons were easy to press, but they were reliable. Now it becomes extremely difficult to push them. to the point where the last time I worried I wasn't going to get the bike off the stand. My other issue is that every time I use it it seems to get a little…

Big! Once you collect it!

I am a 68 year old female who has recently retired and is looking for a place to bike. I needed a bike rack that I could handle that wasn't too heavy, complex, but reliable to use. I needed a wheel pan so I wouldn't have to lift my Giant hybrid bike too high. Was considering Yakima Hold Up and Thule but too much $$$$ for the amount I would spend on a rack. Decided to put this swagman (which had lots of great feedback and suggestions) on my 2020 Subaru Forester. I tried to assemble it following…

Great bike rack! Strong, light and easy to use

Very happy with this purchase. Switched from a 4 bike bike rack to this 2 bike bike rack. I have a women's beach cruiser style bike and I'm having a hard time adapting it to other bike racks without a special handlebar adapter that you need to purchase to make my bike style compatible with most other bike mounts (I've had trouble with the flexing of these rudders ). That bike rack got me out of this stupid bar! Hooray, one less thing to worry about and brace for! I've also found that my bike…
