Review on Swagman XTC2 TILT Hitch Mount by Jim Shirodkar

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good. Not good. fits Accessories

In general I am satisfied with this stand. I have 2 problems. Both hooks began to move with increasing difficulty. There is a small gray button that you have to press to move the hooks up and down to secure the bike. Initially, those gray buttons were easy to press, but they were reliable. Now it becomes extremely difficult to push them. to the point where the last time I worried I wasn't going to get the bike off the stand. My other issue is that every time I use it it seems to get a little wobbly (3 times now. 2+ hours). and a way back. A total of 12 hours drive). That doesn't mean the bikes can fall over or get damaged, but it is a noticeable wobble. Maybe you can attribute it to something you're used to right now, but at the same time. it can be a nuisance when strapping an expensive mountain bike to your back. I chose this carrier over the more expensive option because I don't ride my bike much. Maybe 2-3 times a year I ride my bike for 2 hours in the mountains. all other bikes near where we live. If I end up doing more bike touring I will be replacing the trunk with a higher end.
