I had the misfortune of shopping at XYIYI not too long ago, and I have to admit that I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of customer service that they provided. Their staff left a lot to be desired, despite the fact that they had an outstanding assortment of gear for sports and outdoor activities. When I requested a member of the staff for assistance in locating a particular item, they acted uninterested and unhelpful despite my request. Because of my presence, it seemed as though I was interfering with their day. When I attempted to ask them additional questions, however, they appeared annoyed and uninterested in providing assistance to me. In addition to that, when I received my purchase, I discovered that one of the items was broken. When I attempted to get in touch with the customer service department for assistance, I was met with a lengthy wait time on the phone and responses from the representative that were not helpful. It appeared as though they had no interest in my problem at all. In general, XYIYI may have a fantastic assortment of products, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired despite the fact that they are a popular online retailer. I would not recommend this business to anyone who places a high value on having a pleasant shopping experience and receiving good customer service.
