I purchased these battery packs for a Sears model 315.114853 cordless drill driver. The original battery packs had failed (they were 130279017, 11375). These new packs did charge with the original charger base. But the packs did not lock to the base of the drill-driver (red clips on sides of battery pack). I had to file the sides of the battery pack until the battery pack could fit up into the drill-driver so it could lock. I should not have had to do this to get them to work properly. Now that the fit is okay, the drill-driver appears to work fine with them.
