VIVIQUEN Is an Online Shop With Poor Quality and Customer Service

As a craft industry product manager, I was eager to check out VIVIQUEN's web shop. The site's quality and customer care left me feeling disappointed. Although they carry a wide variety of fabric, trim, and decorations, not all of it is of the highest quality. In addition, I had trouble navigating their website, and their search feature was inconsistent. There were a number of problems and delays during the checkout procedure, which was equally aggravating. The poor customer service outweighed the discounts from their frequent sales and low prices. The absence of openness and communication concerning shipping and delivery times was also disappointing. The delivery of my orders frequently lagged behind the estimated timeframe, and I was rarely updated on the state of my buy. Overall, VIVIQUEN's web shop is not something I would suggest to others in the crafting community. When it comes to buying art materials, they are not the best option due to low quality, bad service, and an unpleasant shopping experience.
