I love it like a highlight! Grating cheese: Grating hard cheese like Parmesan creates a fine, soft, fluffy mountain of cheese that melts quickly on hot food. For this reason I sometimes prefer a coarser cheese grater, although it gets the job done and may be preferable in some situations. I love that it comes in an interesting color scheme. I started with yellow for myself and have since gotten green for a gift. The protective storage box is a big plus. Just squeeze it lightly and the tray slides right in, protecting the delicate blades and you! I've noticed that the metal parts on the handle have a slight tarnish, like silver, but it's barely noticeable and certainly not a deal breaker for me. Although I've put it in the dishwasher a few times, I usually just spray it with hot water to clean it. need some work now. In hindsight, I probably would have just left it alone. Overall a great product and I would highly recommend it for any well stocked kitchen!
