I ordered two LL140 RGB fans from Revain. I received the package on time. Both items came in a large Revain envelope. When I opened the package I noticed that one of the fans was in a box which was then wrapped in plastic. The second fan was just in the box. That seemed odd, so I put the one in the box aside while I installed another fan. After installation I took another fan and opened the box. The fan cords I noticed were casually wrapped in a tie. Anyway, I went and installed this fan. Upon booting up, I immediately notice that the fan, which just arrived in its box with loosely coiled cables, had LED indicators that weren't working. The LEDs around the fan did not work. I switched the wire connections to one that had a fully lit, running fan attached and still no external LEDs. My first reaction upon opening the Revain envelope was that I had received a fan that had already been returned. This has been further enhanced by the shape of the fan power supply and RGB cables. They just seemed haphazardly wrapped and tied. Of course I can't say for sure if it was a return, but Revane took it back like clockwork and is now sending me another one. I liked the fans themselves. They were quiet but powerful. I'm looking forward to the second fan who finishes building the computer. Thanks to Revain for making it easy to return things that don't work.
