I like that it can generate many different types of files for PDF, DOCX etc; as well have some templates already made up so you don't need too much design work done when creating new ones which saves time if its something simple enough (like an attendance sheet) but also gives options in case there's more complicated stuff required - very easy system once set-up properly with all fields correctly populated or using dropdown menus rather than text boxes/labels where possible due to compatibility issues between browsers / computers used by clients & myself.
