Review on Bosch Meat Grinder 4 5 Millimeter Perforated by Don Merritt

I just bought this appliance for my Bosch Compact food processors (have two of them!) and on first use found that it grinds meat quickly and perfectly, as others have reported. Chuck, the penultimate cut of meat in the batch pushed through the tube, didn't squeeze through the perforated disc, resulting in costly waste - which is why I'm not giving it a perfect rating. Maybe over time I'll find a trick to get the last piece of meat through the meat grinder - maybe I should have chosen the highest speed. Clean, dry and oil the blade and disc as directed. They tarnish and rust very easily. I discovered this fact the hard way by leaving the disc in the dishwater for too long. I look forward to using this quality product for many years and experimenting with it in pies, terrines and many other ground beef recipes. . I have additionally invested in a coffee grinder berry press attachment which is expected to arrive soon.
