Review on The TDOC System by Mondreka Rosenhoover

It gives us access to all our data from both clients and employees. If you need info across departments it makes that process easy - it's very organized. It works offline too! That was the only thing we were disappointed with but now that's fixed. This app is great. If I forget someone's info in someone else's entry or vice versa, I now have everything at my fingertips and can simply search for that missing information when making changes. This allows me to make more informed decisions on how best to serve our clientele. The software is easy to use, I like that you can upload multiple documents at one time if need be. The software is not easy to use, sometimes when you are trying to upload a document it will just freeze. It has been a great tool to use, and I have learned a lot, I am able to track all of my projects, I can create reports for my supervisors and keep them up to date. I have not had any problems.
