I am a swim coach and when the kids are in the pool need to remove my mask to be heard. This is a great solution to dropping it on a grimy deck.Although the photoshopped image makes it look like it's not, this is a soft leather lanyard. My other lanyards are cloth and metal but I have found I really like the leather. Metal gets cold, and cloth gets grimy faster than this does. The color is a pretty royal blue. The metal lobster claw clasps are a bright silver and work smoothly and easily without popping open accidentally. I couldn't detect a smell when I opened it. Overall a nice and useful product!
