I am currently having neck problems and severe headaches. Massaging your own neck is difficult and my husband is rarely able to help due to arthritis in his hands. This product has been very helpful in this matter! It works only in the right places on the neck and provides the necessary deep tissue massage. It's also easy to grab and hold in place. I also appreciate the accuracy it offers. I don't have any issues with my knee but I tested it in this position and can see how useful it will be. I didn't give it 5 stars because I can't get it to work for the shoulders and back. Maybe it's user error, but I can't adjust it to hit these points and I'm small. Overall it was good for the throat, just what I need it for!
