100% protection!

I love this case! Its design really protects our phone! I liked it so much I bought another one, this time for my husband. It's nice and light too! Oh, don't buy from casebus.com! Below is my Google rating: I have never given anyone a bad rating. If your product isn't as good as I'd like it to be, I'll go back and not comment because I know how hard it is to build a business. You can read all my previous reviews and you will see. This time, however, is different. I bought a case that I really liked. Once in the shower, hot shower, I took a picture of my cousin's shampoo/conditioner because I keep forgetting to take it. It became very difficult to type in the wet case, so I took the phone out of the case. Right after the shower I tried to put the phone back in the case, but it didn't fit anymore. Since I then sent this seller about 5 emails without any response from him, I took photos and sent them to the seller. He didn't answer so I decided to film myself with my phone and case and send it to him/her. I was then told that returning the item would cost me more than buying a new one as this brand is overseas. I asked the seller 3 or 4 times what happened because it was impossible for me or my husband. to find out for yourself. He never said a word, just made me wait. I repeat: the seller saw a photo AND my video with his own eyes! Since he's seen it, why should I keep a piece that doesn't work? After a few months of my efforts, today I received an answer that they will NOT give me a refund, only if I return the shrunken one because that was the return policy. What can we do against it? That the seller is selling us products that shouldn't go in the water and even after watching the video proving they don't fit anymore, he doesn't even want to explain to us what happened. My husband and I wanted to report the brand to the Better Business Bureau, but since the seller told us about the refund policy, to our great regret, I guess we can't, but we can only make it public before purchasing the product. You get decent customer service. If you are unlucky and have any problems with their products, you will not be left unattended! DO NOT buy from these people. I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life! I really hope that my review will help you decide whether or not to buy their product. Oh, by the way, I have all of our interactions via email, photos and videos just in case I have to prove it publicly.
