The waist trainer belt fits ok, it's a little snug and short because it pushes my back fat up (so in that aspect it doesn't fit right). I'm not sure if the length is long enough or how high or low I should wear the belt. So far I've worn it all week and going from there. Thank you for checking on my experience with the belt.
- The sizing was a little smaller than what I would have hoped but it came quickly and is of good quality
- The waist trimmer may not be suitable for all body shapes
