The ease of use for new employees in understanding how our system works is great! I love it because most other systems are so complicated when you first start out using them - but not this one!! If there was something i could change about screensteps, its just being able to have all my screens/pages organized into groups instead of having multiple pages spread throughout different tabs would be nice (but thats minor). It's easy enough for anyone who has basic knowledge or experience working online to get started making changes quickly without needing any additional help from us. Our sales reps can easily make their own customizations as needed which saves tons of money over hiring external consultants everytime we want some customization done.
