This is a training methodology where contact center agents, employees, or customers are not required to memorize training information but are trained in how to help themselves when the moment comes. To enable this type of training, ScreenSteps focuses on four types of speed: 1. Speed of Authoring - How fast can your authoring team create content? 2. Speed of Search - How fast can your employees or customers find the right content? 3. Speed of Application - How fast can your employees or customers successfully apply the information after they find it? 4. Speed of Updating - How fast can you update the information? My staff loves training and development resources

I like how easy it is for our team members to learn new skills through online courses as well as hands-on practice using practical tools such as screen steps! The lack of an option in some countries (such as Italy) to access this service directly from their own country makes me sad because many people are not able to use these services due to geographical location restrictions. It would be great if there was more choice available around where you can get your learning materials delivered too -

Great tool but with room for improvement.

The ability of having all our trainings in one place is so helpful for us as we have many different staff members across multiple locations who are responsible or should be accountable for their own onboarding process! There aren't really any downsides but I feel like this tool could use some more robust features (such as being able to customize your account). If you're looking at creating an automated system where everyone can do individual tasks then it's pretty great; however if someone has

ScreenSteps Is Great For New Employees

The ease of use for new employees in understanding how our system works is great! I love it because most other systems are so complicated when you first start out using them - but not this one!! If there was something i could change about screensteps, its just being able to have all my screens/pages organized into groups instead of having multiple pages spread throughout different tabs would be nice (but thats minor). Great way training and onboarding staff

I like how easy it is for agents of all backgrounds/experience levels can be trained quickly without any downtime or interruptions in service. It's also great having an entire team dedicated just towards Training Queues. Nothing so far! The system has been very helpful when we have needed help at short notice. There are times where you will get stuck but there are always people around who know what they're doing, which helps solve issues quickly. Definitely recommend this product if your…

Using Cheddar with my customer facing staff

The ability for our reps (in different countries) can have their own screens in various languages without having too many resources or employees dedicated solely just towards this task alone! It is fairly user friendly - some of it requires screen readers/keyboard access but I think most people are ok using standard browsers like Chrome etc if they're tech savvy enough :) They also provide lots more information than we needed initially so definitely worth looking at your needs first before you…
