I'm not a waxing expert but I know how to read and follow directions and I don't know why this kit didn't work on my body hair but I know I did the steps correctly. Another issue was that it arrived at my house with a slight leak through the box. I don't know why, but it was all sticky as soon as I touched the box. It wasn't missing much, so it wasn't a terrible event, I'm just celebrating it. The reason I gave this product two stars was because it REALLY ripped out two chin hairs that I had right out of my face (YAY) I just don't know why it didn't want to work on other parts of my body and oh - it hurt even without progress! I don't know of any pain or benefit, but there just wasn't any hair plucked in those areas. Just the chin so I give the product two stars for that aspect alone as I like to be honest. I think I'll just go back to facial hair. Maybe facial hair isn't that hard to remove after all? I do not know. I just have to tell you how it is. That's all I can report now. Who knows? It might work for you, but for this girl I'm still looking for the perfect hair removal product. Something out there should work for me! I hope this review is helpful to someone!
