Review on Conair Style Collapsible Bonnet Dryer by Sabrina Geppert

STOP, don't buy! The flip top is the only aspect of this product that deserves a STAR. The instructions are poorly written, the top of the lid doesn't fit properly. This dryer is not worth the investment. This is the second time I've tried using the dryer, the first time it took my daughter, husband and I 45 minutes to figure out the instructions and how to raise the neck we found ( that part was understandable). However, what wasn't/wasn't clear or acceptable is that the cover doesn't snap/connect properly to the device. As a customer, when I receive a faulty product, I feel like the company is belittling me, which makes me reconsider my future purchases from this company. . I am very disappointed in this product and in Conair, a manufacturer that my family and I have supported through various purchases over the years. My frustration with this poor quality dryer requires me to stop building the dryer and post this review which I hope will help someone making a similar buying mistake.
