Conair Style Collapsible Bonnet Dryer Review

I have had a pink cover Ion hair dryer for over 15 years, it was my travel or dryer. A few weeks ago she started sending me signals that she was dying and I kept forgetting to order a new one. STOP, don't buy! The flip top is the only aspect of this product that deserves a STAR. The instructions are poorly written, the top of the lid doesn't fit properly. This dryer is not worth the investment. This is the second time I've tried using the dryer, the first time it took my daughter, husband and I 45 minutes to figure out the instructions and how to raise the neck we found ( that part was understandable). I bought this because I wanted to stop using "direct" heat on my hair (I didn't blow dry my hair, I let it dry and wear it it then hot on rolls). My hair is not badly damaged but it has definitely made a difference. I usually put it in a bun when damp/wet and let it dry for about 2 hours (my hair is very thick so it takes a long time to dry. The first thing I would like to say to this review is that this is an old fashioned hair dryer. Most people have stopped using such dryers and have opted for stationary hooded dryers or more modern dryers with various attachments. That aside, for what the dryer is and the price, it's worth it.
