Good size, good material to withstand a fall on the tiles, a decent sized small bowl for hot water. Too bad there wasn't a small hike for a smaller bowl. It's nice! UPDATE: I've been using this bowl for a while now. It's great that it doesn't rattle when I foam the brush. It is very easy to hit with soapy water - the material is slightly pliable and difficult to describe. It won't break. I have never used it as a bucket though - not sure how well that will work as the hot water will be in the bottom bowl and will only heat the bottom of the top bowl. There's not much room for error with how much water you add - it will likely overflow as the top pushes the water out of the bottom. This is a great addition to my morning shaving routine.
