This is a revised review where my original review was quite harsh because the whips didn't work properly and I missed the opportunity to return them. Someone from the company contacted me directly and said they wanted to fix it and send me a new set of whips to replace the discarded ones. All companies fall face down from time to time and release less than perfect products. I believe a good measure of a company is how well it rises after a fall. These guys pulled themselves together pretty well and did a very good serve recovery. They deserve a fresh and relevant review for doing such a good job. Whips are now tracking, but I didn't want to delay reviewing their review any longer than necessary. If by any chance the replacement whips are also defective. Well, we have to cross this bridge when we get to it.
