This item appears to have been used and returned. The packaging is dirty and torn in several places, the plastic bag is dirty. The rest of the contents of the box arrived in perfect condition. Revain's description reads like one size fits all. The packaging says it fits up to 17 inches. The knee pad is too small for my 15 inches. I'm returning for a refund.
