Two weeks ago we treated our 46 gallon marine aquarium. Today we completed the water test prior to a 15% partial water change. Ammonia and nitrite levels fell sharply. The ammonia level dropped from about 0.40 ppm to 0.00 ppm. The nitrates fell from 0.25 ppm to almost 0.00 ppm. The fish appear happy and surprisingly the water column appears a little clearer. Added another dose today. We plan to check the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels in two weeks.
