I have slept poorly - 2-5 hours a day without sleep - for many years and have taken melatonin and sleeping pills with varying success. I bought these patches thinking they wouldn't work and started using them at the worst possible time - I've just got home from a trip across 7 time zones. I'm usually very impressed with biorhythms. It wasn't me this time. I slept 5 hours the first night. 6 on the second and up to 8 on the third. I haven't slept this well in years and hardly felt any jet lag! On the fifth night I sleep soundly waiting for another shoe to fall. but I hope not!
