definitely worth every penny! Be careful, some balloons with confetti exploded and two months later I see confetti every other day. No matter how hard I try Clean up even more confetti. It's like sand! However, I used these decorations for prom and birthday at the same time. That's an amazing value. It will take some time to assemble properly. So don't start 60 minutes before the party. Start at maybe 2am and give yourself time to get really creative.
