Good for foot, hand and nail exercises
Overall a good set, the tape is VERY sticky which is a good thing. Glue isn't the best, tips too. I like to test things on myself before applying them to clients. I was doing a series of press-ons and only wore them for half a day when I noticed two of my nails were completely cracked. Even after adding a layer of gel for extra strength. The packaging is decent and it's a good practice set. I also used different nozzles and glue.
