Doesn't work on new car

This model requires that you insert the bottom strap between the seat base and seat back in order to hook it closed/together on the rear side of the seat. Our new cars have a solid plate between the bottom and back of the seat so the strap can't be put all the way through from the front side to the back side, thus you are not able to attach/secure it. Bummed because it looks like it would be nice.
