I felt like a fighter wearing them but I didn't look like it. I looked like someone wearing Covid-15 (and a few extras) so the fit was snugger than I expected but I'm back to my expected weight for normal use of these shorts and they feel great. When I wear them I want to spar or roll - they boost my confidence and therefore increase my performance in non-Gi BJJ classes and they are great for home bag workouts and backyard kata. After seeing the difference between what I thought was happening to my body during Covid and my stomach leaking out of these shorts when I first unwrapped them, I knew I needed to cut carbs and start multiple workouts. I did that and now they fit like they should and my health is better, my energy has increased and my workout is on the scale (returning to personal training eventually).
