Case is OK It passed the initial waterproof test well but I can't comment on the actual water resistance as I've only put my phone in this case ONCE!After putting my phone in the case and the bezels I tried to charge my phone which failed. Opening this case takes a lot of struggle. Every time I have to open it I'm afraid that I might dent the plastic frame, Puncture or damage the plastic film on the front and back, or break any of the clips that hold the two frames together. I understand that the frames need to be properly attached to each other and this case seems to be able to offer pretty good damage resistance. BUT, how useful is the case when you have to take it off every time you need to charge it?! Especially removing that cover is a big test?! For the record, I don't have a crazy giant charging cable. The charging cable I have will work with any other case for this phone. It renders this case useless as I have to take my phone out of the case every time I need to charge it which can be up to twice a day. The only benefit for me from this case at the moment is that I know for sure that I'm going somewhere, the phone can get wet or be damaged by dirt, dust, sand or moisture. I mean, most of the time these things happen when you least expect them, right? Thank you for a great phone case that loses one of its most important features. I haven't checked the headphone jack, but I can only think of a similar problem.
