Great pads! Comfort, good protection and fixation when pedaling! My only complaint is that they are a little warm and sweat builds up around the kneecaps. Otherwise these are great pads! I haven't fallen while wearing them so I can't give a 100% accurate review but so far they have been good! If there was an option I would give them a 4.5 for protection and pedaling comfort (on cooler days). I wouldn't recommend these pads for cross-country riders, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone more concerned with dragging their butt down a hill or doing jumps. Hope this review helped!
