Review on Virtual Benefits Administrator by Andre Pendergrass

I like that with virtual benefits administrator you can get all your information in one place to save time when dealing directly w/ insurance companies (and other third party vendors). It is not very intuitive at this point but we are working through it so far! We have been able solve issues related specifically around our own custom health maintenance organization structure which has allowed us more control over how those plans operate vs having them run off of standard definitions from Aetna or Humana etc..
