There are a lot of the usual technical reviews here about specs and performance, so I'm not just going to repeat the obvious - you can look up the specs in the company data and read what other people think of performance or better. However, you can buy it, try it and either keep it if you like it or return it. I sent mine back but never had a chance to evaluate how it works because I didn't get what I expected based on what I read here. There are many qualities that make a monitor suitable for use in point of sale applications and that's exactly what I expected. Instead it seems like a very plastic entry-level monitor, which I expect to get for around sixty bucks, and the rest of the very high price is due to touchscreen capability, which might be fine for a home desktop, but definitely not that , which will be used in the retail application. The bottom line is that regardless of the price, I expected something more solid, and even more so for what I actually paid. I know I can do better.
