The user interface is very intuitive, easy to use. You can create your own tasks and assign it to employees who will complete them themselves or delegate them to others as they see fit (even with sub-tasks). It's integrated in every way into all our applications - Slack, email, CRM etc., making life easier! We have been using Acutario since we started working with it two years ago; this has never failed us. I don't really dislike anything about their service. Nothing comes to mind at present. Maybe some people would prefer an additional app like Zapier that could integrate more directly? But then again, you'd be able to do whatever you want without having to go through another application. All of our projects are managed by our team members via Todoist so tracking hours worked was always difficult.
