I installed this unit on a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ with an XM radio. The device was just plug and play and I was streaming through the XM radio in just minutes! The photos that came with the instructions were hard to see as they were printed in black and white, but other than that the instructions were very good. It's really not a difficult setup, but good directions should always be expected. This was the best option for bluetooth before the factory radio had to be replaced with an aftermarket radio which can get very expensive with all the necessary adapters and everything to maintain factory functionality, dual zone entertainment etc. It's more expensive than other FM transmitters, but I prefer it You don't have to worry about charging this device or being seen by potential thieves. Bluetooth connects quickly when I start the car and the volume matches FM channels so I don't have to turn the volume down before switching to FM radio. I have to manually connect Bluetooth when using remote start, but I can handle it. I am very happy with this device and it works exactly as described.
