OK So I thought the clothes in the ad came with the product (LOL). The instructions are a bit vague, but it only takes a little analysis to figure out how to assemble the item. Keep in mind that the little plastic cylinders are removable (they just snap off and fit and are supposed to hold the bar in place, but they don't really do most of the work). Anyway, the only problem I had was securing the ends so the bar wouldn't fall under the weight of the clothes. I ended up using rubber bands just under the plastic pieces and they seem to help (so far). Since my closet is at the top of the closet, the rod goes right under my shirts, leaving enough room for more things to hang without touching the bottom of the closet. I could really fill the bar with my summer shirts on wooden hangers and it definitely offers plenty of space while eliminating the horrible crowding and puckering I've experienced before. Now it's very neat!
