I recently bought this fan during a heat wave. It was cheaper than it is now, people must have discovered how well it works. lol Firstly, it was shipped very quickly, which is good because I almost died from the heat. Assembly was easy and instructions were included (no tools required). I installed it, plugged it in and pushed the button. immediately I was in a state of bliss. In my euphoria, I took to Facebook and announced that I had just made the best investment ever! For the price it's amazing * I cooled down immediately from the lowest setting. (And there are THREE!) * Relatively quiet. You can hear it, but it's not loud or annoying.2. It's easy to move from room to room. * The fan is lightweight but doesn't feel too cheap. I can easily lift with one leg. * 4 legs can be straightened to get through doors easier (I even do it with my feet). It's no wider than the door, by the way, but mine only opens halfway. Disadvantages =O1. Wide Legs I wanted something tall enough to stand by a window and suck in air, which it is, but the legs place it about 12 inches from the wall. But it's still strong enough to pull the wind every now and then. COMFORT ZONE The wind is nice, but as soon as it rips you off, you start to burn again. You can feel it well from about 6-7 feet away. 3. Tilt It doesn't tilt down that much. But you could just make the pole shorter. Overall I think it's great for the price.
