Bought this bedroom fan for noise and circulation. The fan is strong even at low speeds. The materials are very cheap. I bent a cheap metal fan cover during assembly and did only what I had to do to assemble it. Everything else is cheap plastic. Fairly good fan. It was cheap, came as described. Requires a little assembly but no big deal. It works well and circulates air well. I only have one complaint.
