I received this item and have been trying it for the past 10 days. I started by taking one in the morning and one at noon. It turned out to be too much to start with, so I switched to one capsule a day in the morning. Without exercising and changing my diet only minimally, I lost 3 kilos in the first 10 days. Around day 7 I added another capsule in the afternoon. I will continue to use this product and will now add some exercises to hopefully increase their benefits.
