I need a longer cable for use with a Samsung T5/1TB SSD. This cable works perfectly. Since my desktop has both an external Samsung T5 SSD and an internal SSD, I needed this cable to use the USB 3.1/Gen 2 port on my PC. This cable provides 10Gbps bandwidth for these functions. This cable also feels a bit "thick" indicating quality workmanship and durability that I hope will last. This cable provides the data transfer speed I expected for 10Gbps between my internal (PC) SSD AND my external Samsung T5 SSD. I would recommend this cable. I am very happy with mine.
