I like that it is easy for people from different offices around the world to collaborate without having to leave our office or email system! It also allows us to store all of our files with one account instead of many accounts (i.e., Dropbox).
The only thing i dislike about this program is that sometimes when we try to share something via file transfer, it doesn't always work perfectly right away. We are able to send and receive emails much quicker than using traditional means. This has made collaboration easier among employees working remotely as well.
