I like that it is easy for our sales team to access important documents from other teams within the organization. It's also helpful to be able to search by different fields as well as dates of an event or meeting. I like that we are able to access all of our accounting documents from one place without having multiple spreadsheets or applications open at once! It is great for when there's an emergency where someone needs something right away but can't get it themselves because they're not familiar with how everything works yet (or maybe just don’t know what their login info looks like). I like the ease of use and how simple it is to get started with. It was easy for our staff to pick up right away and we've had minimal issues since implementing.
