I love how easy it is because you can adjust your model as much or little as needed depending upon what data you are using (i.e., historical sales patterns).
It's not really anything that would make me say "that wasn't nice". If they do more training courses for us so we don't have to keep re-learning everything over again then yes! But if our knowledge base was complete enough to begin with there wouldn't be any need to train at all since it could just pull straight off the top without additional input required by the user. We've found this incredibly helpful when dealing with customers who want their product priced very specific ways; i.e., $4.99-$5.00 - etc.
