🎨 Quart of TotalBoat Black Aluminum Paint Review

One quart was enough for three coats of paint on the outside of my very old 14 foot aluminum boat. I applied the paint with a 4" foam roller. The first coat covers poorly, but the second and third coats perfectly. I used a wire brush on a drill to remove old paint and repaired areas before applying Gluvit sealant and then applied TotalBoat paint. This paint looks great! I applied the paint with a Devilbiss 1.3 gravity gun. I also sandblasted my old boat as it had 50 year old factory paint on it My surface was like 100 grit sandpaper before painting and the first coat dried quickly but looked blotchy.I was a little apprehensive at this point but the second coat looked much better and I had enough paint to finish the top half of the boat a third time.
