Review on 👶 Swagtron K2 Adjustable Toddler Transformation by Larry Simpson

I was very happy that my 2 and 4 year olds had scooters their size to ride, but I didn't expect them to be a huge headache. This product is the worst scooter I have ever seen. I had to return one as it didn't fit properly and kept falling apart. Wheel assembly tools simply get stuck in the nuts. I have just received a replacement for what I sent back and although I was able to assemble it the quality of this scooter is very poor. Also, it is dirty and looks like it has been sent back and the plastic bags in the box have been opened. I contacted the Swagtron company about the scooters and received an email saying they would contact me and would not contact them again until they do (which is terrible customer service) and I have never had them again heard. Revain tried to fix it by sending a new one the next day but Swagtron still hasn't contacted me since December 26th. I will never buy anything from this company again.
