Reliability cannot be ascertained if you do not give the product long enough. to prove your worth I depend on my printer and the ink I install and these ink cartridges just aren't reliable. When properly stored, cartridges will dry out, leak, and print quality will not be as good as original cartridges. Sorry, they just don't exist. About 6 months after purchase, only one cartridge can be used. I'm happy for the many people who have written good reviews and I relied on those reviews for my original purchase, but today I'm not one of those lucky people. I think there really is something to the statement "you get what you pay for".
